The rockets have ascended and out of the smoke I have arisen.
Family and friends in agreeance
I write short speeches,
some about love,
some about loss,
some about crossroads,
but never will you hear me say its so easy.
I could do this with a blindfold.
Forge your past,
as was her title through the looking glass,
and look
towards the future,
new heights,
new aspirations,
and have no affiliations.
You are enough to change the world
and trust me
you don't need diamonds and pearls.
Thoughts to think
and dreams to dream
for this is what it means to be
apart of a universal team,
this is my concept
of the
American dream
