Suspect Sought For Attempted Theft Outside LAH

     At approxiamately 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, a female student reported that shem had been followed and later approached by a male suspect outside of Larrison Hall.
     According to a broadcast advisory notice released on Monday Feb. 18, a suspect is being sought by authorities after the female student reported that someone had followed her and approached her in front of the Larrison Hall entrance adjacent to parking lot 2. 
     The woman stated that the man emerged from behind the bushes and demanded she let him use her cell phone. The woman refused and managed to escape to her vehicle unharmed.
     The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20 years of age with an estimated height of 5’5”,  a slim build, with a full disheveled beard.
     Anyone who may have noticed an individual fitting this description, or who may have experienced an incident similar is encouraged to contact the police department.
     In the event of an emergency, the police department can be reached dialing 911 or extention 2222 from any on-campus phone. From outside phones, dial 732-842-1950.
