February 26, 2013 by admin

By Alison Graves
Sponsored by the Student Health Center, “Movies with a Meaning” are  playing at Brookdale at 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday.
All of the films being shown are meant to be entertaining and have moral and inspirational value for students. Although some may differ in genre, they all have clear meanings that students can take into consideration.
Films that will be shown, such as “The Help,” Diary of a Mad Black Woman, and The Pursuit of Happyness all have the common theme of struggling characters. Additionally, they have the  common theme of success in the end.
Films will be shown on the Lincroft campus in room 112 in the MAC building from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
For more information contact the Student Health Center at(732) 224-2106.
