Mater Dei student joins Future Docs program

Lisa Giangrande of Old Bridge has been nominated for The Congress of Future Medical Leaders. A sophomore at Mater Dei Prep in Middletown, Lisa will join the honors-only program for high school students who want to become physicians or go into medical research.

DOT begins efforts to repair 250,000 potholes this year

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (DOT) is beginning a campaign to repair potholes across the state. Although this past winter was mild in comparison to the previous two winters, the blizzard in January, as well as several snow and rainstorms, have produced a large number of potholes on state highways, which pose a risk for motorists.

Red Bank Regional dance majors present Spring Dance Extravaganza

On April 7 at 7 p.m., The Red Bank Regional (RBR) Visual & Performing Arts Academy (VPA) dance majors will present their Spring Dance Extravaganza at the RBR theater, 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and children. All RBR students are free with student ID. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
